Job Description
Technical Business Analyst
- Work with the project manager to develop project scope and timeline.
- Analyze and interpret user requirements, user stories, use cases, and system architecture documents.
- Participate in design and testing activities, review code, and participate in system implementations.
- Assist with maintaining and documenting systems.
- Perform data validation checks.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, policies, and procedures.
- Diligence in reviewing data to be input to system.
- Identify, quantify, and document business process improvements.
- Identify, analyze, and document user interface issues.
- Create user documentation including process flows, roles and responsibilities, and use cases.
- Train users on system processes and application.
- Identify and resolve system-specific issues through research and analysis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
